UniFlex細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)板和FX-5000T應(yīng)力加載系統(tǒng)和TissueTrain細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)配套使用。
準(zhǔn)確測量應(yīng)力---負(fù)壓系統(tǒng)曲線，保證應(yīng)力的準(zhǔn)確性和可重復(fù)性。
單軸向應(yīng)力作用于寬0.6英寸x0.952英寸(3.68 cm2)的長方形區(qū)域中。
單軸向應(yīng)力變幅在+/-1.5%.

五種不同包被的培養(yǎng)表面：Amino, Collagen (Type I or IV) Elastin, Pronectin (RGD), Laminin (YIGSR) 
為獲得準(zhǔn)確的單軸向應(yīng)力，必須和弧矩形應(yīng)力加載平臺配套使用。
